⚠️ Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in color, design, or finish are not considered defects.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.

3. Unboxing Proof Requirement

To process any return or refund:

  • An unboxing video (clearly showing the package opening) is mandatory
  • Supporting images/videos of the issue must be shared

This helps us verify damage during transit.

4. Product Condition

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or care

6. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of approved return due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us
